Ok, now that you have some background on the term... Any ideas for a website I can develop this domain in to? Most likely a career related site. Perhaps a career forum, with a focus on people who hate their jobs?

I know its not a premier domain at all, and hardly anyone has ever heard of job spill, but I got the domain for $6 so it's not a huge loss if I can't dev.

Actually its a good domain! Create a forum! You'd be surprized the amount of people in todays world required to work overtime or they'll be fired.

I seen a report last year in 1 of the business magazines that I subscribe too. They said in it most people are afraid to take (vacation) time off work in fear of falling behind.
