Is this a good name? (High Google search counts)

I am thinking about a name, let's say it is xyz.com, there is no overture number for xyz or xyz.com, but it has a million google search. It is not a real word, let's say it is just a random string xyz. I followed the google links to visit the sites, it turns out that there are many xyz.html or domain.com/xyz/xxx.html etc.

So the question is:
is domain name xyz.com a good domain if xyz is not a file name or a directory name but xyz has high google counts?

Well any name with millions of google searches is a good name. The thing to do with this is to get your PR rank us as much as you possibly can. Then you will hopefully get XX,XXX of these searchers to your site!
