Some TLDs are really cheap with them, But problem is they use Chinese language. Even we try to translate it in english, next page you again see chinese language. Also they accept payments in Yen.
Is there anybody here (not from china) who bought domains from 西部 (west.cn)

Have you tried West.xyz? It's the same registrar and sales platform but all in English. I have not bought names there but I have registered and sold names there. It works great. I would not hesitate to buy there.
