Anybody from the HOSTWAY.com support lurking around these forums?

I registered about 14 .PRO domains with hostway about a month ago and they are still not approved and show up as pending items. The domains are paid and my card charged, all invoices clear. Also, the domains are showing up in whois as mine but I cannot manage those domains in hostway control panel.

I have called MANY TIMES, sent many emails, opened multiple trouble tickets but to NO USE. Everytime I call I am told oh we will get this fixed, you will get an email and nothing for next two three days in response I call again and same thing again...

ANYBODY HERE THAT CAN HELP WITH THIS???

That's a bad advert for Hostway. I know this is a long shot but try calling Hostway in the UK. I was going to host a site with them in 2006 and they were very helpful.

I had issue with hostway and new .PROs not appearing in the control panel so the registration wasn't completing properly. Well, with help of couple of their techs (thank you Elizabeth and Michelle), we were able to resolve the issue.

Yes, the same problem. I also have domains at hostway.com, that showing up as a pending items and not available for managing....
I called many times to their US support phone, wrote e-mails and etc....
I also have another problem with them - they registering domains sometimes with big delays.... I also need to refund money from them (due their very slow registering - some domains I ordered with hostway.com registered with another registrars. I also wrote many e-mail to hostway and also called to their support, but this situation is still unresolved for 2 months....
