The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

I’m not certain what you mean but if you mean search for a term only within the URL then you can use allinurl: followed by whatever search term you choose.

I think the operator slaughterbeck is referring to is "allinurl:"
more on operators

I think you can also use quotation marks "" (eg. "namepros.com") which is usually used for phrase searching
more on search symbols

You’re right Godian, I left off the all for the operator. Thanks for pointing that out!

very very helpful.

Now I am getting greedy.

CAN I search just between the dots ww.________.TLD

meaning just within the domain letters themselves...?

I mean I know one can search like that at sedo but a regular search of live sites...

Much appreciated and Ihope you have enlightened someone else here too.

allinurl: searches both the domain (second level TLD) , the subdomains (eg. third level domain) AND the whole URL

for example ...
if you search for ... allinurl:website
website.com , website1.com , website.domain.com and domain.com/website will all appear ...

Check the site in this thread ...
