Before it's "too late"

What do you think?

-------

.."One Internet", STILL, stemming from its infancy.. Mobile Internet Revolution arriving? = Hold On

What would stop a phone producer to make their own Intranet on a manufactured phone in the future? Laissez un-faire? Maybe we should all salute the big business phone manufacturers' UN.. Seriously..

Business is THE global government, right?

Why don't we just all also identify as socialists now..

-------

About one year later..

No one knew/knows the future..

This past year I myself see that I have been utterly confused and all over the place..

Let us appreciate the improvement in everyone's perspective/attitude towards the unfolding truths (DotMobi), together.

My concern is without a world consensus Internet global governing body, will collective big business global act fairly (together in stride) and can they sustain ONE INTERNET - Especially in dangerous times, why do some seemingly always go against our best effort, the UN? I've come from the school that if you are going to criticize something then you better offer a solution as well after it..

Kind Regards,

Yelo

Hi Yelo!

Reading this forum I noted that many people have the same genious ideas or questions raising in their minds as I have, like if a kind of collective supermind exists in the world B-)

What do you afraid of? In any system the most variative part wins (from the Cybernetics laws)... If the network structure/technology/foundations/etc will change - we may change after it.

A week ago my colleague asked me - what was my occupation if we had no Internet... I answered, that being an engineer, a one who always searchs ideas and wishes to realize them, I'll always find a lot of interesting things to do in this wonderful unlimited world!

If the Internet will change, by laws of life, business, etc - it's normal and it will mean better, more reliable, more safe, and more comfortable to use... and we always may occupate our place in it. :)

Opportunity Cost for Life

Hi!

Happy to hear from you and your kind words

Yes, perhaps we share the supermind existing matrix B-) :music:

I agree, we must face our destiny and do our best with what is provided for us; ultimately, with internet evolvements/changes and everything :)

I guess my post roots were a bit unclear about my sidings/inclinations..

I used to be a social worker in homeless shelters.. and have been seeing life as an international grassroots advocate for quite some time.. for the spiritual upliftment of all people..

With that said.. my concern is.. the internet is a medium that really saves world lives.. people don't realize this.. there are no statistics for it.. the closeness of people & information, its access, and beyond..

So, if an efficient internet saves life.. than an inefficient internet actually costs life..

That, in brief, is what I fight for (nonviolence)

A "fragmented" Internet would set humanity back a long time.. hurt the people in many ways.. What do you think of how?

Thinking of the worst case scenarios, mass destruction to humanity, what environment would be most effective? I have written some about it here in some pieces.. please see http://InternetHumanRights.com

I love hearing about this stuff also!

This has gotten my juices flowing, I will take a break, and maybe do some more writing later :>

(This just from my background and point of view, what is your guys' perspective?)

In Surrender,

Yelo
