Is Pool.com A Fraudulent Operation?

For at least 6 months I have not made any backorders on the pool.com system. However - few days ago they notified me that I "won" 2 domains, and they charged my card $120.
I never ordered these (useless..) domains, but they insist I did.
Does anyone got similar experience with their operation? and what could be done to reverse these charges ( beside disputing the charge at the bank card).

Usually for a business/person that has defrauded you (or believe youve been defrauded), you need to put them on notice with a friendly email notifying them of all the actions you will be taking against them on a timely manner. You need to also set a exact time as when you expect to receive a refund, or else the following actions will be executed:

1. File complaint with credit card company.
3. File complaint with ICANN.
2. File complaint with BBB.
3. File complaint with FTC.
4. File complaint in Small Claims Court.
5. File complaint in District of (Enter State Here).

Good Luck :)

Just dispute it with the bank. They will have to prove that you ordered them.

Also make a report to the FTC. They won't do anything to help you, but they are investigating any of these drop companies that get a sufficient number of complaints.
