Backorder or So I thought

I successfully (???) backlordered a .org name at Pool.com on 11/25/05. I was told I won, the credit card charged and, after 3-4 e-mails to support at Pool, I still do not possess the name that I paid for, so no chance to monetize! It is incredible. They say that there is a problem on .org names that they don't have resolved. Meanwhile Pool has a parked page for MY domain. What is the solution guys? It doesn't seem quite right to me.
