You ordered domains in last days in pool.com?

Earlier they transferred the domain within several hours, and has now passed more days (1,5 day), and the domain is not received till now.
Money from the card was removed immediately.

Employees on vacation?

Yeah i'm wondering the same thing too. Been 4 business days since i won one, on top of that they charged me twice!

And on top of that, i've been on hold for the past 20 minutes...maybe they are on a Canadian vacation hahahaha bastards.

On top of that it's no longer in my successful backorders so that's either a good or very bad thing haha

Well lucky you, because now it's been 20 more minutes and NOBODY has answered the phone. I'm probably on a phone that nobody is picking up. Good think i have a headset (sorry all our agents are busy is starting to get annoying though)


Obviously my call is not as important as the operator says...45 minutes and still waiting...
