Is 4.cn in trouble financially??

Hi Everyone
I have not been getting my emails answered from 4.cn and I have tried to ring their listed phone numbers but they are not working.
Are they in trouble and not paying their bills or have I for some reason suddenly forgotten how to make overseas calls?
Anybody dealing with them??
