A quick heads-up...
One of iPowerWeb's severs has been "down" for over 12 hours now. Apparently, it's just one or two servers having issues, not all of them. Unfortunately, it just happens to be the one with my main site and e-mail.
When I called about it last night, tech support was fairly rude, saying something like, "We know all about it and it will be fixed when it's fixed...You should be on a dedicated server, so you don't have problems like this."
This morning, tech support was more civil, but told me they had no idea when it would be back up...and that they didn't think I would receive any e-mails sent to my main address since the server went off line. And, once again, they said I should consider a dedicated server (at a price 10 -20 times higher than I now pay).
For the most part, even though iPowerWeb's domain management is terrible, their webhosting has been good. Too bad about this, though, as it impacts me quite a bit...losing all inbound e-mail and no ETA for being online is tough.
