domain Inquiry Received - Would Like Advice/Appraisal

Got an open ended inquiry for Informationboss.com. Haven't had it professionally appraised or anything so I'm not really sure what its worth. It is not a developed site.

Not sure how valid Nameboy.com is as far as appraisals go, but they were somewhere around $14k, to me, that seemed a bit high.

Any advice/suggestions is appreciated.

Try to figure out how serious your buyer is

Possibly someone (your buyer) looking at recent drop list looking for an apprasial scam?

I would just ask the minimum amount you would be happy selling it for

It seems like two words forced together. Estibot is good / Nameboy is alright. However, they are just guides. I have seen domains appraise for $10K and not sell for reg fee, and seen some appraise for Reg Fee sell for $10K. As you become more experienced you will understand how to interpret the numbers.
