domain Got an inquiry? Need help!

I got an inquiry about my tvphone.mobi .

I am trying to set a price for the end-user that will not scare them off. I see that SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS owns mobiletvphone.mobi. Since my mobi is 6-less keystrokes, what do you think I should set as the "asking price" since I can't ever raise it later? By the way, the "end-user" is within the industry of supplying tv programming via mobile phones.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm, honest to be i think it will range from reg fee to 50-100 USD, however... if you negociate with SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS you should ask thousands... Don't be scared worried.. I suggest you to read a negotiation book before you even send the first e-mail

I would shoot HIGH. Either way, you will win. If they market there domain, you will get traffic off your name because of the length. People get lazy and only remember some of the name. ie TvPhone.mobi instead of MobileTvPhone.mobi I would not be shy and head to the high $x,xxx and if you feel very risky, go for low $xx,xxx. I would make sure they do not have a TM on the name as well. If they do have a TM, well..... if they are willing to pay for it without trying to take it from you, I would take what I could get.

If anything, hold out. It's a very strong domain :imho: and if they really want it 10 grand is a drop in the bucket for them.
