They offer .Info for $0.50 after rebate. Here is the details

.INFO Promotion Terms & Conditions
The regular price of $10.95 will be paid at checkout for new .INFO registrations. For each eligible .INFO domain registration, a rebate of $10.45 will be credited to your Above.com account. This credit will appear in your account balance within 14 days after the month in which the domain was registered.

Offer begins 1-September-2015 and ends 31-December-2015, unless withdrawn earlier.

Limit 10 per account per day. Any additional .INFO domains registered will be ineligible for the rebate. We will monitor accounts and domain contacts (registrants). Any duplicate registrants, duplicate accounts or invalid/fake registrants will not be eligible for the rebate.

Privacy can be enabled on your new .INFO registrations, however the underlying domain contact details must be valid.

First year only: Only the first year of a new registration is eligible for a rebate. Transfers, renewals and additional registration terms are not eligible. Renewals of eligible new registrations will be at the then current regular list price.

what if the credit doesn't appear in your account? is this a trustworthy company that will honor promotions?

is there any way to withdraw the credit in your account back to your credit card or bank account?

I have no experience with Above.com but interested in registering a few.
