.info .info DNS trouble

Ok I got a .info domain and a .org domain I set the .org DNS to my hosting and left it and then 10 min later I made an account in my WHM and used my .info and changed the DNS to the exact same as my .org domain and it didn't work....why not, then a week or so later I took on a customer that used the exact same DNS and it worked for him...why is this happening?

Anyone help me?

mm just verify if you have assigned nameservers properly

well If you read I said the exact same DNS meaning I copied them from the same places/source.
