Incompetent people at Aplus.net

Sorry for the rant, but for those of you who are familiar with aplus.net, they definately have questionable business pracitces. I call them twice and tell them I do NOT want any of my domains renewed (except for one, which I have hosted with them). Of course, they charged my credit card for renewing all of my domains even though I transferred most of them to godaddy. So, my credit card has about $400 worth of bogus charges on it.

I tried calling them again to tell them about this. They told me things would be straigtened out, but so far I have no credit from them sent to my credit card.

Their customer service people hardly are understandable and seem to be absolutely incompetent. Has anyone else had any dealings with aplus.net? I certainly would NOT recommend them.

I have never read a positive experience on aplus.net. A simple search will show you thousands of complaints about them. Good luck in the future.

yea, live and learn I guess. Aplus.net was the first place I started regging domains, but now I am dropping them completely.

I still have a few names I need to transfer out of there. I always forget about them, and when I get the renewal notice, I can't transfer because of their 30 day policy.

I once took pleasure in having the charges charged back for unwanted domains, they really are a bunch of drop shots. Good Luck Fonz!
