Maybe someone can help me, I’ve got these names that I registered many years ago through aplus.net, and I’m trying to transfer them out to my Enom account. Every time I call them, today is the third time, THEY have to generate the authorization code and then I have to wait 6 hours for it to go into affect; only to find nothing works, it’s denied each time by Enom as the wrong code.

Has anyone else had this problem with Aplus.net? Here’s another weird situation, somehow last week my DNS settings changed over at APlus.net for my domains. How does that “just happen”? Any way, what’s my next step, this obviously isn’t working through their customer support.

All I can say is that aplus seems to be a shitty company. They scrub the whois to spam your cell phone with unsolicited sales calls. I wouldn't trust them.

If you think there are messing up with the transfers on purpose you can send a complain to icann: [email protected], or use this address in cc: in your correspondence with aplus. Good luck.

Well I forgot that these guys also call themselves Names4Ever or something like that. The new tech seems to think he found the problem (it's nice to hear someone acknowledge that there's a problem) and it should be straightened out by tomorrow.

These guys really are the pits, I wonder how many domains I lost by lack of communication by registering names with them. Every time I regged a name with them years ago, I had to open a separate account for some reason. I bet I lost some gems, but I can't remember the domain names, and you can't search by last name, you have to have their registration number.

Names4Ever - Aplus.net = These guys SUPER SUCK!!!

I got my domains out of aplus about 3 or 4 years ago. I did not have the best experience with them and I'd rather not conjure up bad memories...
