If you use landing pages such as efty or undeveloped, do you still list in sedo,Uniregistry,flippa etc?

Does this increase chances for sale and has it worked for you?

I use my own landers for all of my domains, and still list on Afternic and Sedo. I use these platforms to increase exposure rather than general sales. It works well for me.

I have my own landing page. Of the two you mention although I am listed on both sedo has led to offers and sales; UR, not so much:
