Domain Empire

Which service do you prefer for your landing page?

Usually we use Sedo, Afternic, Uniregistry, Efty, Undeveloped, Flippa, Bodis, Voodoo, Godaddy, etc.

For sale domains, which platform do you prefer for your landing page? Which one works more efficiently?

Thank you.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

I used to have bodis pages, but now i am testing undeveloped. I see a significant increment to traffic. We will see...

We used Bodis previously which was Ok, however, nothing can beat creating your own! (y)

I've been creating my own with much success, and am now selling pre-made wordpress sites. See the jagdomains.com listing in my signature as one example ...

Efty is my favorite. I like the landing pages, customization as well as the inside for organizing names and keeping track of stuff.

I use voodoo or epik landing page.

Epik landing page is best for hand-regs on Epik. Vodoo is nice too.

I would recommend Efty but I find them expensive. :P

But nothing can really beat your own system. Nothing.

Also, I love the landers used by Huge Domains. Highly effective. If you can get something like that made, you might see a significant increase in sales activity.

I like Efty too, but I feel the SEO is low with pages parked with Efty. I get more views on Sedo than the pages parked with Efty.

I've used...

https://themeforest.net/item/domain-broker-2-landing-page-to-sell-domains/12578919
http://blog.bodis.com/improved-domain-sale-landing-pages/
http://www.uniregistry.com
http://www.efty.com
http://www.domainmarketpro.com

among many many others...

I always prefer simple/clean pages and ones that pass buyer info, name, email, phone, message, ip etc... and then just route to an escrow service. I won't use anyone that hides buyer info or takes a cut as their promotion of "free landing pages" isn't free when ya lose 10-15%+ of each and every sale.

Better off installing your own script on your own hosting or using a hosted solution that doesn't hide buyer info or take a percentage of your sales whether that's a free service or a monthly paid subscription as most leads have come in through the landing page for the last 15 years for me, and when I say most I'm talking 90%+.

I'll list my domains at markets that take a cut but never point the domains there as then your just giving leads away that could stay in house. If a market wants a cut of my sales then they need to deliver the buyer not gain the buyer for free because my domain pointed to them and delivered them the buyer. Afternic is the only market that has produced significant sales without pointing my domains to them due to their distribution network being so strong which others can't compete with. When a market says you'll achieve the best results by pointing your domains to us it's because their markets have no traffic so they need your domain traffic to deliver the buyers and then they still take a cut of all of your sales=no thanks, my domain traffic builds my 15 year end user database/future not theirs for free.

I haven't parked any of my domains for years, or I would buy/reg and just leave them.

This is because A) I've been to busy or B) to lazy, which is mostly the case.

I'm trying our Undeveloped, but in the process of building my own site as ultimately, I want to keep the traffic and any leads that may come in.
