If the non hyphenated two word domain estibots at $52k and the - version is $900?

I am after an expiring hyphenated 1996 classic

The non hyphenated version word1word2.com Estibots at $52,000

However the hyphenated version word1-word2.com only ~$900. Why is this, and is it most likely inaccurate, and could I get $xxxx on Sedo if I agressively marketed it? I see German people enjoy hyphenated domains and they sell rather quickly, that's why I'm after it.

Don't use estibot of hyphen-domains. Use Google adwords, namebio, archive.org and see if the name is taken in other extensions. USE YOUR GUT! I have one that is 140k value without the hyphen and $720 with the hyphen? GO FIGURE!
