I own the non-hyphenated version of a domain that houses building information and a resident portal for a popular residential condo development in New York. Any guidelines as to what that would be worth?

I read in a post yesterday regarding hyphenated sales compared non-hyphenated and it's 3% to 97% in total. If your domain can be marketed to the German market (they sell hyphenated domains by far the most) then I would think you'd fetch a higher price. What is the domain? Does the non-hyphenated company own a trademark on it?
