I got a domain that I want to develop into a full website, but later plan to sell it though. My question is, will the singular form of my domain increase in value too, if my domain becomes valuable in the future?
Just a hypothetical example:
I got propertymovers.com for just the basic reg fee. If I develop it and got traffic coming in, will the untaken propertymover.com domain increase in value too? Such that somebody can just snatch it later then resell it at a higher price without actually working his hard ass on it and just riding on my efforts?
I was thinking that if I would be in the domain-developing-then-reselling business, instead of the flipping side of it, then would I need to buy both the singular and plural forms to be safe?
