I want a mini site template with a place for adsense, banner, content etc.

Basically, I want to be able to take the template I get and use it to set up mini sites on domains I feel would make more money as a mini site than as a parked page.

The first such site I'd be using the template on is GamingFonts.com (I'd like to have a place to put fonts from popular games for download). But I'd also like to modify it for use on other domains.

The template must have a few spots for adsense, a banner/logo for the site, customizable links etc.

Budget is flexible but most certainly not too high, as I'm not sure yet what people will show me and the design will most likely not need to be overly complicated.

Do you mean mini as in small width or small as in the site isn't going to be that big. Also, colors, size, anything for us to go on.

Well, it will be a font site for video games... so the title is GamingFonts.com (the domain I have regged)
