I need a themed Blogger template - cheap!

Hello, everyone! I am seeking a template for Blogger/Blogspot. I want this template to somehow be dog related with a unique look and logo. I want Adsense worked into two places on this template. I want this template to be easily customizable by me.

I am but a struggling small town mom, and I'm on a budget! So please keep that in mind when responding.
