Im thinking of starting a site where forums sign up for advertisment but it will be a different kind of advertisement. People will sign up and be paid every month to have posts on all the forums that signed up. So basiclly I get paid by the forums and i pay the people using the forums. The only problem i have is I dont want to overcharge and the forum doesnt even get a lot of users but then I dont want to undercharge and have to end up paying for the users myself. So should I have the forums pay every month depending on how many users and posts that they have earned?

That would be the way to go, charge the forums for what they get, have a set rate for new users, and a set rate for posts.. The biggest problem that you are going to run into is tracking for all of this, and of course spammers..

I dont think you will find great forums that will pay you for that
