I re-registered an expired domain and...

I need some advice please, the Blacklist Status regarding spam on the whois is still going day after day. What should i do about it? I haven't done anything yet about the domain, just re-registered it and pointed the dns to my host days ago. The domain is pinoyside.com. The thumbnail preview on that site as you can see is dated Thumbnail: 2005-02-09, the site layout of that previous owner and its not yet been updated. I just re-registered it 2006-08-02 when i found out the previous owner didn't renewed it.

I think you have to wait for whois to update before you get cleared.

It's the server IP address, 64.74.96.243, which is blacklisted and NOT the domain. I wouldn't worry about it since SORBS requires a $50 "donation" in order to get an IP address delisted. More info.

so what will happen if I don't ask it to be cleared? what are the negative implications for not doing so?
