I need to check domain Trademark.

1. I need to check this work "AIRS" or "airs" Trademark or not?

2. It's dictionary word should not be Trademark?

3. It's this URL check the Trademark?

4. If someone register Trademark "ABCDE" on OCT 2010 , Then my domain register same word "ABCDE" before July 2010. The Trademark owner can sue me?

Please give some advice.

It really depends on why you registered it. I didn't see 'airs' in the database so it looks like there is no US TM on the term. Even if they did have a TM on it it may be okay if it's a common word and you are in different industries. This is a complex legal issue and you should spend some time reading UDRP decisions at the WIPO site if you want to get a better understanding of domain law.
