How can a PR be fake?

A person who had a domain name before me after it expires i got it tha next day. Ok, i checked on it and it said PR 6/10 wit over 6,000+ google. How could this be fake? I dont even know how to make a PR be fake.

p.s. Im not tryin to start trouble.

did you actually check with google like all4cost and I said
a google search on Blogcms.info gives the result for BLOGCMS.com .
this is an indication of the rediirection that has been done to arrive at your PR6
anyhow , most of the references you quote for BLOGCMS is for the .com anyway not the .info

2/ Who Cares whether you bought it or not with it faked
3/ You tried to use the PR6 Rank as a Selling Point
