"I" + Geo city domain

Let's say I am to register "I"newyork.com (inewyork.com) or any other populated I + geo city domain name, would it be worth anything more than the reg fee?

I see a lot of I + geo city names taken, but if the owners of those names are trying to sell them, will they be able to make a profit?

No Question. "i" or "e" City names or Country names do hold value. There value will get higher as the potential market is larger.

Example: iNewYork.com vs iSanDiego.com

Is "I" + LocalCity worth more than reg fee? Honestly, its going to depend on the city / location

It seems most of the quality i + geo populated city / location domains are taken though.
I guess it's good to develop the domain first.
