hrsa.gov and an adult name linked together??

I was searching for a domain name for a (future) adult erotic short stories site and found one that is pending delete. When I check Estibot, the stats I'm given are an Alexa rank of 8XXXX and Traffic Visits of 3XXX per day. When I click on the Alexa link, I'm given the info for the site HRSA.gov instead.

How are these two names linked together? As we all know, politics and adult activities never, ever go hand in hand.....

my guess... either the domain redirected to HRSA.gov or they use the whois information from HRSA.gov.
