Please tell me what you think about the name - congress(dot)mobi.
If you had the name, would you keep it? And what would you do to develop it? Maybe:
- Highlight page for each individual member of Congress
- Post the voting record for each congressman
- Explain upcoming legislation
- List position papers from the candidates during the campaign
- Present the history of the institution
- Expose the waste of taxpayer money in specific legislation
Being based here, my focus would naturally be on the US Congress. But there are other countries that use the term "congress" so the name would be applicable there as well.
