How would you rate these two sites?

The following two websites are sisters. They're also forum websites that focus on boarding schools. One focuses on boarding schools in general and the other focuses on boarding school jobs. I would appreciate critiques of them. Are they clean, straight-forward, and pleasing to the eye? The forum websites are Boarding School Forums and Boarding School Jobs Online.

Both have nice appeal,Nice layouts,Colors blend well,The forum needs a skin imo,Somewhat to match the theme of the site,Otherwise they are very nice and in nice order content and ect imo

First, thanks for the kind words.

Second, we are working on a skin for the forums that will match their homepages. Keeping the same separate color schemes. It is on our long to-do list.
