P.S. I know the search numbers aren't the best, but if you are a new STEM school wouldn't you want to be the one with the generic url? Just like Toys r Us has toys.com?

Your site shows up #3 for me actually, but still in the sweet spot.

I wouldn't be too quick to sell just yet. I believe the longer you own this name the more it will be worth. Your best enduser would be one of the State STEM associations. The Ohio one owns stemschools dot com for instance. That gives you 49 potential prospects to contact. Don't worry, cold calling is lots of fun! Also note the list of sponsors for the Ohio association. There's some might big foundations there with an interest in STEM schools.

I would ask for low $xxxx and settle for anything over $850 or so. Course I think you can double in about 2-3 yrs if you keep it in the top 3 and add some adsense revenue.

That makes sense about waiting a little bit. As more schools pop up in more states it will increase the competition for the name and benefit me in the end.. I think I'll keep it listed on Sedo to see what happens but add content while I wait and collect some adsense revenue.
