I have listed my domains on Sedo and on GoDaddy for last few months, but no offer yet. Should I buy a premium account in Sedo in order to get better response?

Some domains can go years without an offer.

I don't think Premium certification won't help you sell names. It has more to do with the buyer - allowing for participating in higher priced auctions.

Marketplaces the last while have been encouraging people to set fixed-pricing for their domains for better response. However with that said, bad names will never get an offer no matter what.

Sometimes it just takes time even with the best domains. To get a premium account, you have to apply.

Remember that if nobody wants your domain, exposure will do little to improve the odds of a sale.
Now it can take time for an end user to show up, but they may also contact you directly through whois. Don't expect too much from the auction houses, there are millions of domains listed and everybody wants to sell.

If it is any consolation, Sedo doesn't quite work for me either :P
