I have a few domains with a hosting company and seems to me they are all out to keep the domains their users registered there.
Actually I didn't register those domains there. I bought them and I am stuck with renewing the domains there at the hosting company because they dont provide any EPP codes in the control panel.
Asking them gets zero replies, since I don't host any sites with them. They have no reason to help me...and would rather I keep paying them the renewal fee.
This hosting company is an Enom reseller, so is there a way to get the EPP codes from Enom, seeing that Enom also doesnt assist customers who did not register direct with them (Enom)? I don't think Enom considers me a customer.
What should I do in this situation? I would want to transfer the domains to a proper registrar like Namecheap or Godaddy for example, but looks like I'm stuck with this host company.
