I'm currently one of my domains via a Enom reseller. I've sent them plenty of emails that I WANT TO GET MY EPP CODE but they did not respond to. What I want to ask is, are there any backdoors that I can get my domain name's EPP code from Enom directly?

Don't know whether this will work, but give it a try. I've bought a domain at enom reseller before and it was pushed to my enomcentral account. Don't know if it involves the reseller, but I don't think so.

Create an account at enomcentral (its free).
Now push the domain from the reseller account into the enomcentral account.
Search google how to push the names.

Reply even if it did not work as it could help others.

Seems not possible when I cannot push my domain to my enom account. Although I still take control of my domain, the domain was managed under a custom panel but not a enom one. Glad that WHOIS info is mine, however it seems a little bit hard to contact Enom. Does someone actually got experience with Enom's helpdesk? It seems that.. it's kind of buggy, as the ticket that I've submitted would not appear in the "My Tickets" place. After all, I was able to check the status of my ticket by clicking the link sent from Enom, but not after a number of hours. Frustrated.

Large ETP means large. Got that with my new registrar(reseller), Namecheap.

This is a bit ridiculous, as it seems nobody uses Enom these days. So I'm resurrecting a 3+ year-old thread.

Has anyone had any recent experience with a transfer-out from Enom? Everything seems to have gone smoothly and I got the accept/deny link in an email which is standard for them. I accepted the transfer but nothing has happened since. In the past this had been a swift process with a rapid transfer.

Crickets chirping and I expect more chirping here, but any assistance from NP's would be appreciated.

They've stopped the expedited transfers at eNom. You have to read the authorization text very carefully to determine any difference. But basically you have to wait the 5 days nowadays. The authorization does nothing. There was a recent thread on it here on NP's. I successfully transferred out a domain less than 1 week ago, but had to wait the 5 days, even though I approved the transfer (which, as I said, does nothing).

Did you contact Enom?

If the reseller is not responding, the ETP will be able to follow up through Enom.
Keep us posted with your situation.

This is an old thread from 4 years ago. I think it would have been resolved one way or another by now :) But I'm not aware of any eNom Reseller which doesn't use the eNom Control Panel (except NameCheap), unless he was talking about access.enom.com.

Thanks Stu. I thought I saw that somewhere, but couldn't remember where. That's very unfortunate. I'll have to wait it out then. Thanks Watcher also.

What is ETP?

I was trying to get eNom phone support for a separate issue several times but got sick of long hold times.

One recent trick l did learn was how to renew a domain without an account refill.

How?

Lol I was afraid you'd ask. Send me a PM.

Could be it's not such a trick after all. Basically you create a retail sub-account and push the domain(s) to your sub-account and renew by credit card. It was new to me.

NameCheap is an Enom reseller. If you want the domain at NameCheap, you can do a simple account push. Contact NameCheap and ask them for the account to push it into, then NameCheap will take the name and put it in your NameCheap account

You learn something new every day. I didn't know that, but of course it seems quite obvious that they should be able to do that.

Been over 5 days, authorized transfer on 2/20 and the transfer has still not gone through. Lame, so lame. Glad I've moved my domains out from Enom. Same with Moniker.
