How to tell if there might be more people trying to backorder a domain?

Hey guys, sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm a newbie at this...

What if a domain does not have high "type in" value, i.e. its not a one word domain, etc, but it has high SEO value, i.e. its old and has solid backlinks? Do these type of domains fly under the radar of most domainers or is there usually high competition for a domain that has high SEO value but low type-in value?

The market for SEO domains has been crazy lately, it is unlikely to fly under the radar.

If you look the name up on Namejet you will see how many others have placed a minimum bid to back order it. That is just one venue, but it might give you an idea of the demand.
