How to sell one word .ai domain to an investor without marketplace ?

I have listed a one word .ai domain on marketplace with retail price set but i want to sell quicker to someone for wholesale price and not sure what is the best way to sell it to serious investor who would not waste time but say yes or no. I need guide. multiple tlds are selected and developed with that sld and it is definitely equal to many .ai domains sold recently for huge money. I am only lacking the way to reach the buyer. Not talking about enduser, that can take time. I want to know about investor.

AS my experience there is mostly people are domain investors mean they buy domain only to resell the domain in profit . And you know mostly domain investor looking for domain which have high value but selling in fully low prices . If you have a domain one word . ai which is demand in this time you need to target investors in namepros and my personal recommendation reddit , go to reddit and search community r/domains . there is most active investors but they are so cruel mean you need to set domain price fully low according to domain...

Note: Must buy domain which is always in demand .... My recommendation is that try to buy short domains as possible mean 2 , 3 , 4 characters domain .. Like rush.ai sold for 300k at atom which absolute valuable.. so brother try to find domain which really demand in market.

9 times out of 10 when someone says they have a name similar to those that have sold for big dollars they are incorrect.

But assuming you do, namepros, atom, and X all have active investors looking for wholesale opportunities.

on X investors have turned off Inbox and they get angry when we approach them on tweets/reply. On namepro, they also didn't reply. Haven't tried atom though.

Yes you are right, i might be wrong about my domain, but assuming if it's really a good domain, then main point is there should be an easy way to approach them. So far i have been able to sell few names by listing afternic only (to investors) they are not reselling but i did not nothing, i just listed that, but what if i want a quick flip, then i don't find a way.
