How to price NNNNN.com domains?

I have received emails from different people asking me what is the minimum price I would be selling two of my domains (both NNNNN.com).

Can anyone tell me what usually 5N.com domains go for? Or, give me any tips, examples or suggestions on pricing them?

I know that all 5N.coms are not equal. I just want to know in general what is the value of 5N.coms & what factors I should consider while pricing them.

it all depends on the numbers, some NNNNN are not worth much at all, and others are worth considerable money.

Ask yourself how much you would be happy with?

I am interested is it good to buy domain name LLLLL that nobody have neither .com, .org, .net or even .biz and .info.

So all extensions are free. The name have Avg Search Results (keyword): 148,000 and Monthly Searches:70

I guess their is a reason why nobody bought any of that domain name extension
