paypal for example, or while you are negotiating the price with and enduser you advice him that he will need to pay comissions? I mean all end users once a customer tells to them he need to pay comissionnhe probably run away, isn’t it?
I haven't paid sales commissions or escrow fees on 90%+ of my sales for 15 years as most sales come direct since that's where I point the domains. Buyer pays escrow fees has been my rule for 15 years. If a buyer is spending high xxx (my starting point on all sales) to xx,xxx a few dollars in escrow fees won't even matter as it's cheap for the extra security.

And is it ok to use paypal?
I've taken 10k through Paypal but that's the advantage of doing deals direct as you know who the buyer is so if you see a major company less chance of them doing chargebacks etc... With that said with rates like
https://escrow.payoneer.com/fees honestly no reason to even take a chance with PayPal. So my advice on PayPal would be don't take more in than you can afford to lose as less secure.
Plenty of scripts to run on your own web hosting...

just gotta search for what ya like, not technical enough to install a script, tweak it etc... various subscription services out there that charge a monthly fee and don't take any sales commissions, here are 2 that both send buyer info unfiltered name, email, phone, ip address ...

other services out there as well, main things you're looking for are....
1) Don't filter my inquiries, pass buyer name, email, phone, ip address
2) Don't take a sales commission from my sales
3) (optional my personal preference)
Don't process payments for me
If your a landing page service be that and stay outta hiding buyer info, taking sales commissions, or processing payments for me and adding your payment fees, not hard to negotiate a sale with buyer information direct and send to an escrow service of choice, escrow service even has payment plan arrangements.
Better to pay a few bucks a month hosting or a few bucks a month subscription fee than to have each and every sale put you in "blind negotiation" status cause the service is hiding who the buyer is or getting whacked 9%-30% of each and every sale when the majority of those sales leads were driven in from your own domain traffic just adding another end user to their database instead of your own. I have 15 years of end user names, emails, phones, ips etc... that happens from leads coming in direct either from your own marketplace script on your own hosting or from a subscription service that follows rule #1 above.
