Hello guys, I was wondering which site are you using to make your portfolio, you know, any site which support for free a beautiful system to upload logos and descriptions and the domain you want to display...to let you have all under control or just to show the customers:
Do you use a free site to upload information plus logos? If so which?
Of course I know proffesionals domainers use a domain and then develop, and sure is the best method, but if I don’t want to spend money by now what to do?

Thank you in advance, regards.

There are a few options- like Efty which was created by an active domainer but the central issue is that unless your domains get traffic on their own or you invest in SEO and get ranking organically you cannot compete with the registries advertising to the top of the SERP's. Personally, I don't want to use someone elses nameservers so they can gather and monitor the traffic, so I started my own website.

The real answer I see and have posted a number of times is enough demand from domain owners to give incentive to someone wanting to create a central marketplace- a "craigslist' so to speak of domains that comes up in google right beside all the advertisers. That way end users discover this somewhat hidden "Secondary Market".

I also use Dub.io which has been a great free new offering, and Kevin has been super responsive to everyone's requests- my hats off to @Kevin Johnson

Efty is great for quality landing pages for your domains that are highly customizable. They also provide some good stats for tracking your profit and loss and other portfolio management tools. It's a monthly subscription which I think is very affordable considering what they offer. Only $6 a month for up to 50 domains, $4 if you pay annually. The tiers go up from there.

Currently I have my domains listed on Afternic, Sedo, and Flippa with landing pages at Efty. Another bonus is Eftys is commission free. Worth checking out for sure if you're just starting and are on a budget.

Can you use on Efty a domain you want to make you main page Portofolio? Ej. Domainseller.com and then when you type it you go to your portfolio? Thank you.

Yes, you can use one of your domains as your "Marketpage" which showcases your entire portfolio while also having individual and customized landing pages for each of your domains. Your Marketpage can be setup with a logo, GA tracking code, metatag, and other custom text and backgrounds.

Sounds good, but I am not sure at all which % of chance you have to sell thanks to that monthly subs. Kinda like brandbucket, we don’t know exactly how far their seo/sem reaches to our end users. If someone have sold any domain there, would be grateful to share their experience, and how much it deserves the monthly subs.

I like Efty a lot - easy to make attractive lander pages and set DNS so they show up, just right amount of text detail re features of each domain, lots of flexibility in backgrounds and logos, excellent tables to keep track of your development and portfolio domains and when they expire, etc.

So far, my Efty pages have not resulted in any inquiries, but I have only been on Efty for a bit over two months. I would also welcome feedback on how many sales have come from Efty pages for those who have been on the system for some time.

I can recommend DNHat free version.

https://demo.dnhat.com/domainlist.php
https://demo.dnhat.com/
https://dnhat.com/

It's search functions are excellent.
Unlike many scripts, where search terms produce ZERO result (even though you have probable domain matches in the database), DNHat searches the database aggressively, splitting complex search terms into parts and looking through multiple columns (12) of the table. Complex, multi-level filter - all with a single search.
Just try it and you will understand what I mean.

Brandbucket has SERP ranking, and 40,000 names with rankings in search that favor certain people to first page, it should be private sellers only not public. I removed names from there.

Efty does not have or pass along SERP- its an individual domainer sales system, not a marketplace.

Efty has a 60 day free trial, @Doron Vermaat is the owner and a member here and he will assist you he also has a blog dngeek(.)com. I am not associated with them, just giving you the info to assist. Efty provides nice landing pages, escrow integration for BIN and great integration of collecting all your names if they are registered from different registries and emails weekly reports of those names their expiration dates and any inquiries. They also filter for spam requiring inquirers to confirm their email. Again, There is no SERP ranking provided at all. That I was advised is up to the individual account holder, and unless you own traffic names you may not get inquiries.

If in the future there was an open marketplace where all of us individuals could list a select list of names in one place, that did have good ranking in the SERP’s I would instantly join.

@Silentptnr has one already. here is the link: https://prycr.com

I too thinking of turning http://namecape.com into one. If will be free, so I need to attract advertisers. Once 've got enough ads signed up, namecape.com will be for everyone.

The key expensive part is getting into ranking, you need budget initially fir adwords, but the PPC bidding by Godaddy and other large entities is huge. Domainers are scattered all over and end users need a “trusted” source to go to, right now GD = domain names, they “own” the name “domain” in the mind of prospective customers and have marketed themselves into a $10 billion marketplace.

The challenge is if the secondary marketplace were to become recognized more by end users, then there would be more income and cash flow. This 1-3% sell through rate people here talk about is only because of lack of exposure and overpricing from some.

I didnt know you or Prycr had open markets, first I heard of that. How are you qualifying people to enter to sell?

hi,

you can try Behance ....

That is one of the most popular and effective social networking platforms for creatives worldwide.

No web design skills are required - but you might still be nervous about uploading your work to the site and building your own customised portfolio.
