I have not had any real food since last Tuesday!
And not allowed to have any real food until tomorrow afternoon!
All I can have are clear liquids!
Though later this afternoon I can have stuff like ice cream and tomato soup.

Good way to lose weight for sure!

Yes, wife has and still is making sure I follow the doctor's orders to the letter!

Got to say, for opening up a thread about my medical travails, a lot of people have jumped in and moved the direction.

Happy to be of service, especially to Shirley.

And another way to lose weight my way?
Be home alone while wife goes visiting.
There goes lunch, and dinner.
As liquid refreshments more hit the spot when I am home alone!

I also recently got rid of 120lbs of ugly fat.

By doing exercise you can surely lose your weight.

If u want to loose your wieght you simply reduce your food eating and do dieting walk more and more and drink lots of juices that will help you to ruduce your weight.

hi...another way to lose weight is to have a proper diet and do some exercise everyday...also avoid eating too much carbs..

We just got back from the gym.
Every morning, to the gym we go.

Forgot about my colonoscopy thread!
Will have to dredge it up and add to it.

simple ways to lose weight:-
-Do yoga or exercise daily morning.
-Eat oats and milk or fruits in your breakfast
-Do not eat oily or junk food
-Eat only light food
-Cycling or rope skipping can also be beneficial

I tried out these methods and got good results.

It really is enough to be alive and able to eat as one pleases.

But in a few months, I will be back for colonoscopy number two!

My beers of choice are,
Coors Light
Bud Select
Corona
Pacifico

Ice cold in the bottle with steak, pizza, burgers or just potato chips Mmmmm :P

Graduating means to graduate from watered-down tap to Bud Ice or something better. :D

But never drink the cheap beer, once you get out of college.

Two years ago I decided to eat right, and I'm (more or less) maintaining a reasonable weight (not perfect, but doable).

I don't think I like that colonoscopy program (been there, done that--had to get it before my Fulbright year--they don't want to send unhealthy people abroad, lol).

For those of you who are serious about losing weight, there's no magic bullet; for one thing, everyone metabolizes food differently. For me, I have to watch carbs and eat more protein.

I don't want to give up carbs altogether--have tried that, and it just wasn't doable.

Sometimes, one has to accept a higher weight and not worry too much about being a stick. My health numbers are good, and, in the end, that's what's important.
