How to install Imagemagick on a VPS?

i'm new in this..and just ordered a VPS

how do i install Imagemagick or GD2?

Well, they both seem to be perl modules (or the versions that I am looking at :lol

Use this tutorial.

Not sure what access you have, but you should have SSH if you're using a quality VPS

This depends on what sort of interface/access you have to your VPS, and of course the OS. For example, you might log in with RDP, open a browser, download the installer and run it. You might connect via SSH and use yum.
