How to I offer other company to buy my domain name?

I have got a domain name of two word. There are many company that are using the domain name containing both words.

For Eg: If I own carracing.com, the other company are using livecarracing.com, watchcarracing.com

How do I offer them to buy my domain name? What should i include particularly in the e-mail?
