advice How to reply to interested End-User

I emailed the owner of a company asking if they would be interested in a two-word slightly generic product name similar to "Safety Pin" but not as widely used. There are a few companies that make products with this name, and one company emailed me back saying "Yes we are interested".

My first email was simply "Would your company be interested in the domain name ***********.com?"

How should I reply?
