Where to get expired Domains

Does anyone knows, how and where can I get or buy expired domains?
And one more question. Do expired domains having some PR are valuable in terms of SEO or not?

i generally look on expireddomains.net. PR does not have any affect on SEO.

it is expireddomains.net not dot com. Check it out and make sure you register with them to get full information on there site. Registration is free.

I assume you mean deleted or dropped domains, not expired. Expired domains have to go through a deletion process in order for it to be available for hand registration.

Personally I love expireddomains.net a lot, you could get all of updated domain names from there. However, I am still finding a way to organize that domain names. Because going through all of those domain names every day to find some good ones is quite time consuming.
Is there any tool which allows importing domain names and filtering with some standards?

You can get expired domains from snapnames, name jet and name. com, these are the few that am aware of, and have received a good response.
