How to get in touch with RegisterFly? They won't give my money back!

A while back I tried to purchase a .TV domain. During the process, it said registration failed, but my card was still charged $31.99. After the failure, I went over to godaddy and picked the domain up no problem.

I submitted a registerfly support ticket explaining the problem, the response I got said that they'd credited my account with $31.99 and to go try to register the domain again. I replied back saying that I already got the domain elsewhere and to please just refund my card. Well, they closed the ticket without a reply.

I tried calling, no answer. I sent emails, no reply. I submitted another ticket. This ticket got reviewed and then closed without reply. I submitted 2 more tickets, both replies stated they were going to be forwarded to the billing department, then they got closed.

Here I am, 3-4 weeks later, no refund, and not even a credit in my account. To make matters worse, this isnt the first time this has happened. Needless to say RegisterFly won't get my business anymore. (Not that 50-80 domains a year is a big loss, but at least nobody will be stealing my money.)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Dispute the charges. You should have no problem getting the credit card co to remove them.
