RegisterFly have solved their support ticket problem

Just tried to lodge a support ticket, for a non-renewal of a domain, renewal paid for out of account balance. Submit ticket, and you are taken to the logon page. Logon, and you are displayed the support ticket page. But, guess what, no new ticket. Tried a few times, but no success........No ticket, no problem....way to go RegisterFly.....

Appears this only happens in certain "Problem Type" areas, have submitted ticket for bug/s...we'll see what happens

Yeah I just noticed that, it does it for any type of ticket now! My renewal ticket is 7 days old!

Probably not. RegisterFly has been extremely hammered with this upgrading to ICANN thing. According to stats RegisterFly's sales have been dropping so rapidly that they were not expected to make it too the new year. However they have sort of changed it abit, it has begun to level off with these 75 cent infos and cheap .nets.
