Registerfly problems today..

Today, I recieved lots of password reminding messages and support ticket update messages from registerfly account which I did not request for...
I tried to submit a ticket to them, but the ticket system shows "Unable to connect"...

Anyone else recieve these messages as well?...
I rang them, but they put me on hold for 15 minutes and I decided to hang up.

I trusted in them so much and they turned me down...

I got real nervous myself when I read my email ..yesterdays.. and saw 3 regfly login notifications .... check the dates of the emails ... they were notifications that weren't sent at the time of the request (mine) ..probably a backlog from there update..
This does not mean the same thing is going on with your account..

I can’t login today so I thought my hubby might have changed my password again (he’s a nut for keeping passwords fresh) and I requested a password reminder but I haven’t received one yet. This isn’t the first time I have encountered problems similar to this and that’s the reason I have less than 15 domains at RegFly currently. Not to say I haven’t been tempted by their bargain transfer prices but I haven’t yet pulled the trigger because of their sometimes shoddy service.

Just as a side note regarding Register Fly. I submitted a support ticket yesterday regarding a domain registration but have yet to receive an answer, even though they suggested a response time of 2 – 4 hours.

I’m not typically inclined to complain but after several such incidents, it’s a little difficult not to.
