So they caught something for me and i paid with paypal but when the browser returned from paypal back to Dropcatch page, it didn't fix the payment, and i still have that domain in my cart. Thus i can't bid on my auctions and make new orders!!
I sent them a message via contact form, nothing, sent email, nothing, then i phoned them, "no operator available".
This error happened before a few times, and always they responded and fixed that in an hour-two. Now it's more than 24hrs!
Anyone knows how to reach them?
